The terms that apply to estimates, scheduling and changes on every project we take on.

Estimates
We offer free estimates to help you understand the costs and options for your remodeling project. An estimate is based on what we can see at the visit and on the specification agreed with you.
Where opening up a space reveals work that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will price it and get your approval before continuing.
Scheduling
The timeline varies based on the project size, but we aim for efficiency and quality. A start date and an estimated end date are provided with your quote.
Where a delay is caused by circumstances outside our control, we will tell you as soon as we know and agree a revised date with you.
Access to the property
You will need to give us reasonable access to the property, along with power and water, throughout the work. We treat every home we work in as though somebody is living in it, because they usually are.
Changes to the work
Any change to the agreed specification is treated as a variation. We will confirm the cost and any effect on the schedule with you, and it only proceeds once you have approved it.
Materials made or ordered to your specification are ordered once the design is signed off.
Licensing and insurance
We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind. We also hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, where we have been accredited since 2021.
If something is not right
We strive for excellence and ensure our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their remodeling experience. With a small company such as ours, customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
