What a finished basement can include

An unfinished basement is the cheapest square footage you will ever add to your home. We take it from bare block and floor joists to a finished, insulated, code-compliant living space that feels like it was always part of the house.

Every basement we finish is different, but most of them bring together a few of the same things: a comfortable living area, somewhere to pour a drink, and a bathroom so nobody has to run upstairs.
